A man who was sacked from Microsoft after 21 years of service posted a heartbreaking message on LinkedIn

People were moved to tears after reading a man's statement on LinkedIn after losing his job at Microsoft. Prashant Kamani gave a presentation about his experience at the organisation that he worked for for 21 years after graduating from college. He discussed his personal ties with his coworkers as well as the development of his career in his piece. "I received word today that my job at Microsoft had been removed. Today, as I think back on it, I'm more filled with thankfulness than anything else. My first job out of college was with Microsoft, and I vividly recall feeling anxious and excited about moving to a strange country and wondering what the future held for me," he wrote. In his working life, he claimed to have been surrounded by "very bright and smart people," who handled themselves with "grace and humility" and were always willing to hear other people's views.

"Many people have opened their homes to me and let me share my life with them. They have supported me through both the good and the bad, and have genuinely grown to be my extended family," he said. He also said a few words to his family and expressed his gratitude for their unfailing support. His Microsoft ID card served as the post's final paragraph.
