"I love that," Adele exclaimed. "She pronounced my name properly!"
It turns out that it's uh-dale, not ah-dell, as most of us thought.
Adele repeated the proper pronunciation for emphasis before addressing further questions in the hour-long film, which was created to commemorate the debut of her I Drink Wine music video, according to the New York Post.
Adele thought about the musical that may pull her to Broadway during the hour-long fan gathering in Los Angeles, despite the fact that she isn't a great lover of the genre.
She is one Tony Award away from obtaining the EGOT, the prestigious title bestowed to someone who has won an Emmy, a Grammy, an Oscar, and a Tony Award.
Meanwhile, Adele will begin her Las Vegas residency at Caesars Palace's Colosseum on November 18. The series is scheduled to last until March 2023.
Adele Laurie Blue Adkins, born in London, became a global sensation after releasing her debut album, 19, in 2008.
According to Nameberry, the baby name website, 'Adele' re-entered the top 1000 baby name list in the United States in 2011, the same year Adele released her No. 1 album 21.
