Congress Slams Union Minister Rijiju For "Lawless" Remark On Constitution Day

In a statement on the occasion of Constitution Day, Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge claimed that India is now seeing the onset of "lawless law," which was manufactured by the BJP and the RSS.
