The horrendous act caught on camera by Patna’s Additional District Magistrate (ADM) K.K Singh, can be seen mercilessly assaulting a protester with a stick as he lay on the ground holding a national flag close to his chest. The candidate was then dragged by the bureaucrat, the video showed.

On Monday protest over the delay in recruitment ended with lathi-charged a teacher who was among the participants in hundreds of protesters.
A shocking video of the incident has surfaced on the internet, in which an inquiry committee was ordered by Patna District Administration(DM) to look into the incident. The DM has expressed his reservation over the incident as well. A two-member team, including the District Development Council(DDC) and City Superintendent of Police (SP) (Central), has been formed. They have been asked to submit a report regarding the incident within two days, Patna DM Chandrashekhar Singh told news media.
