Chandigarh Bird Park released three young black swans

The Chandigarh Bird Park's most recent fuzzy additions are three black swan cygnets that hatched last week.

Officials from the forest department claim that a unique Australian bird called a black swan lay six eggs, three of which have just hatchet while the mother bird has abandoned the other two.

The city's bird park has given its inhabitants a good nesting environment, as evidenced by the 42 different types of chicks that have so far been born there, including three black swans.

In August of this year, four newborn wood ducks and eleven baby budgerigars were both released into the main enclosure. A few days later, eleven baby budgerigars were followed by four baby wood ducks.
