For their dedication to the company, the CEO of a Chennai-based software-as-a-service company Kissflow Inc gave five of his staff BMW automobiles valued more than Rs 1 crore apiece. The handover ceremony was kept under wraps because some of the five beneficiaries of the cars were only informed a few hours before the event that they would be proud owners of a high-end luxury brand.
The five staff have been with the company since the beginning, according to CEO Suresh Sambandam, and helped the company “dig gold” during the pandemic. He went on to say that some of the staff came from low beginnings and had overcome considerable obstacles before joining the organization.
On Friday, a car-giving ceremony took place, and many people were perplexed as to what it was all about. The five BMW 530d automobiles arrived one by one, with much fanfare, and were lined up parallel with the respective families of the five members.
Chief Product Officer Dinesh Varadharajan, Director (Product Management) Kausikram Krishnasayee, Director Vivek Madurai, Director Adhi Ramanathan, and Vice-President Prasanna Rajendran received the Navy Blue Series 5 BMW automobiles during a ceremony to commemorate the company’s tenth anniversary on Friday.
“It was a great surprise for me,” said Krishnasayee, a corporate employee. I was under the impression that we were going out to lunch or dinner with everyone. “I was not expecting this.”
The CEO of the company stated that this should serve as motivation for all other employees to strive harder.
