On Wednesday night, Delhi Police tweeted that it is a purported video and there is no such order given to the hotels by the Delhi police, they added that such “intentional misrepresentation can result in penal action.”
“Some netizens are attempting to damage the image of the Delhi Police by willfully misrepresenting the video in circulation, which could result in possible offences,” the Delhi Police said.
