Today, the signing of a ‘Declaration of Cooperation’ between the Freedom of Russia Legion, Russian Volunteer Corps (RDC), and the National Republican Army (NRA), who recently claimed responsibility for the assassination of Darya Dugina.
Signatories met in Kyiv Region after initially keeping the location a secret for security reasons. The anti-Putin Russian groups were represented by authorised officials from each unit. The NRA authorised Russian opposition politician Ilya Ponomarev to sign on their behalf.
On the other hand, Russian shelling kills one woman in Bakhmut. The State Emergency Service reported that it had retrieved her body from under the rubble of a residential building following Russian shelling on August 31 in the frontline city of Bakhmut, Donetsk Oblast.
