Happy National Parents’ Day: The Fourth Sunday In July Marked To Honor Parents

Parents are the one who provides the necessary food, clothing, shelter, and medical care insofar as they are able. They are equally responsible for providing sound education and sound knowledge of their religion as well as the moral training of their children.

Nothing in this world can replace the love, dedication and sacrifices done by our parents. They are the first persons in our life to reach out for help without any hesitation when we needed someone to stand by our side in troubles. And to honour them, July 24 is marked as National Parents’ day.

National Parents’ Day July 24 is celebrated on the fourth Sunday in July. It aims to promote responsible parenting and encourage positive reinforcement by parents for children.

President Bill Clinton established the holiday in 1994 by signing the Congressional Resolution that approved National Parents’ Day by law. Republican Senator Trent Lott introduced the law, with the aim of uplifting, and supporting the role of parents in the rearing of children.
