The Gautam Buddha Nagar district school inspector announced that all classes 1 through 8 will be canceled on Saturday, September 24, as well owing to heavy rain and flooding.
“Students from class 1 through class 8 in all the schools of all the boards are following the permission/order dated 23.09.2022 of District Magistrate Gautam Budh Nagar, keeping in mind the safety of the students working in the schools due to heavy rains and considerable waterlogging on the roadways. The day of September 24, 2022, has been designated a holiday, thus all principals and headmasters must ensure that the aforementioned directive is followed “The order stated.
Schools in Noida and Greater Noida were closed on Friday for Classes 1–8 due to heavy rainfall on Thursday and the expectation for more in the next two to three days.
