Meghalaya CM Conrad Sangma Visited South Garo Hills said will “REBUILD FROM SCRATCH”
Meghalaya Chief Minister Conrad Sangma and the team paid visits to the destructed villages and the family who lost their lives in the landslide at Baghmara Bolsalgre of South Garo Hills on 22 June.
“The damages to lives, properties, roads, and the impact of it all is astounding. The restoration work is on, starting from the washed-off roads but with the scale of damages, we will need to REBUILD FROM SCRATCH” said the CM.

While returning to the capital, he and his team stopped by on the side of the road for dinner in Nongstoin bypass late at night.
