The execution of four political prisoners by the junta in Myanmar was announced on Monday, for aiding ‘terror acts’ by a civilian resistance movement and that was Myanmar’s first execution since 1988. The protestors came on the streets of Yangon with banners chanting, ‘We will never be frightened’ and across the country.
