During his two-day trip to Gujarat, Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s convoy had to halt so that an ambulance could pass. The official Twitter account of the BJP Gujarat uploaded a video of Prime Minister Modi’s convoy stopping for the ambulance as he travelled from Ahmedabad to Gandhinagar.
The video, which was also posted by the news agency ANI, shows two SUVs stopped on the side of the road. Other police vehicles may be seen slowly advancing in front of the convoy after the ambulance has passed. According to a PTI report, the incident took place on Friday afternoon when Modi was travelling to the Gandhinagar Raj Bhavan. It occurred following the conclusion of his open-air rally in Ahmedabad near the Doordarshan Center.
Modi laid foundation stones for several projects and inaugurated them during his two-day tour starting on last Thursday. The freshly renovated Vande Bharat Express, a semi-high-speed train that will connect Gandhinagar and Mumbai, was flagged off by Modi on Friday. The Ahmedabad Metro Rail Project’s first phase, between Thaltej and Vastral, was also opened by him.
