The oil tanker explosion in the village of Itamati, Odisha Nayagarh early on Saturday, killed four people and injured one.
Four persons were charred to death and the rest who were caught up in this explosion were lefts with serious burn injuries as the oil tanker exploded after falling from Badapandusara bridge over River Kusumi in Nayagarh, Odisha, on its way from Paradip to Sambalpur. It got hit by Bada Pandusara bridge’s crash barrier as the driver lost control.
The four deceased have been identified as Pankaj Nayaj, Dipu Khatua, Samir Nayak, and Chandan Khatua. All four of them were in the Nayagarh area.
