One of the cutest doggies who holds the Guinness World Record for the oldest dog. The world’s oldest living dog now belongs to a 4-pound Toy Fox Terrier from South Carolina. “Pebbles” is a 22-year-old dog who was born on March 28, 2000 and is proving that everything is “paw-sible.”
Her owners discovered she was the world’s oldest living dog after hearing about “TobyKeith,” a 21-year-old Chihuahua that was designated the world’s oldest living dog by Guinness World Records in April.
Originally, the family intended to get a dog of a larger breed. They decided on a tiny puppy since she kept barking . It was “instant love,” as they put it. They christened the pocket-sized dog Pebbles and adopted her, unaware that she would one day set a world record. And, while we’re on the subject of Toby Keith, “Pebbles” appears to enjoy listening to country music while sleeping.
Pebbles is a peaceful and loving dog that gets irritated when he is woken up. She enjoys being noticed, scratched, and cuddled. She likes to play under the palm tree in their backyard while napping and listening to country music.
