Before the onset of the winter cold, repairs are being rushed to completion, according to Sergey Kovalenko, chairman of YASNO, a significant private energy provider for Kyiv.
In a statement on his Facebook page, Kovalenko stated, "I would like everyone to understand: Ukrainians will probably live with blackouts until at least the end of March."
