Satyendar Jain was getting massaged by a rape accused not a physiotherapist: reports

Apparently, Rinku, a rape suspect, and not a physiotherapist, provided massages for imprisoned Delhi Minister Satyendra Jain, whose footage of receiving massages went viral. A prisoner named Rinku is giving Satyendar Jain a massage. He is an inmate facing rape charges under sections 6 of the POCSO Act and 376, 506, and 509 of the IPC.

Although the Aam Aadmi Party claimed that Jain was receiving physical therapy within the jail, it has since been revealed that the therapist Jain received treatment from was not a physiotherapist. Instead, he was arrested as a criminal and charged with criminal intimidation against the victim as well as rape of a minor.

In particular, CCTV footage from within the Tihar jail's grounds was made public on Saturday, showing AAP leader Satyendar Jain "enjoying" his stay, just days after the Enforcement Directorate (ED) claimed that Jain, who was detained in a money laundering case, was given special treatment there.

Manish Sisodia, the deputy chief minister, had previously asserted that Jain was receiving physical therapy after suffering a spinal injury and accused the Bharatiya Janata Party of engaging in "cheap" politics on health-related matters by forcibly disclosing CCTV footage.

The Prevention of Corruption Act-related CBI FIR against Delhi's Health Minister, Jain, resulted in his arrest by the Enforcement Directorate on May 30. He is currently being held in judicial custody. Jain is charged with using four purportedly affiliated entities to launder money.
