According to Commissioner of Police (CP) Gurpreet Singh Bhullar, a preliminary inquiry into the Ludhiana Court Blast case has revealed that the individual who perished in the blast was himself handling the explosive chemical.
In the meantime, Punjab Chief Minister Charanjit Singh Channi will hold a press conference at the Punjab Bhawan on Friday at 10 a.m., and Punjab DGP Siddharth Chattopadhyaya will chair a security review meeting in Chandigarh on December 24 at 11 a.m. IGPs and SSPs are expected to attend the gathering.
