During the practice of yoga in the Maldives, a group of extremists disrupt Yoga Day celebrations organized in the capital Male.
The dramatic visuals have been seen while people peacefully participated in the eighth International Yoga Day which has been celebrated across the country with several programs in different cities on 21st June. Following the event in the Maldives has been disrupted by a group of people destroying the flags which were site on the field ground.

The extremists broke into the stadium where the event was organized by the High Commission of India in the Maldives, in partnership with the Ministry of Youth, Sports, and Community Empowerment and the United Nations in the Maldives.
The chaos made by the extremists leads the Maldives President Solih take action against those who involved in the matter, by announces investigation into the attack on Yoga Day celebrations at Galolhu stadium in Male.
