Himanta Biswa Sarma, the chief minister of Assam, said on Sunday that students who did not pass the recruitment examinations for Grades III and IV would receive a refund of their exam fees.
Additionally, he stated that the tests were proceeding well and that nearly 9 lakh students had registered to take the test.
“We are attempting to make the results of the same announcement within a month.”
Additionally, Sarma said in a statement to the media, “For those who failed the recruitment exams, the government will return the exam expenses to that candidate.”
The examinations, which will be held on August 21, August 28, and September 11 in 25 districts, are anticipated to draw about 14 lakh candidates.
In order to facilitate the successful administration of recruitment exams, Sarma had instructed the authorities to suspend mobile internet use before to the exam. He also distributed the SOPs and urged the DCs to follow them strictly and in good faith while taking appropriate security precautions.
Additionally, he had requested that the Director General of Police (DGP) assign a Superintendent of Police (SP) officer to each district to oversee the security of all the centres within that district.
In addition, he requested that the DGP place an officer with the rank of Sub-Inspector in each centre of the state.
