There is something to celebrate for cricket enthusiasts in Guwahati as the city’s Barsapara Cricket Stadium will once more host an international cricket match between South Africa and India. According to reports, South Africa and India will play cricket against one another in October of this year. The India cricket squad will face off against Australia and South Africa before to the T20 World Cup, which will start on October 16 this year.
Guwahati will once again get the chance to host a T20 international match in the series against South Africa now that the locations for the three-match home series against Australia have been chosen.
The other matches, in addition to Guwahati, will be held in Thiruvananthapuram and Indore. The T20 series against Australia will be played from September 20 to September 25. From September 28 to October 3, the T20 series against South Africa will be played.
