Meghalaya Election Result: Mukul Sangma trailing from Tikrikilla assembly seat.

Mukul Sangma, a leader in the TMC and a former chief minister of Meghalaya, is not in fight for the Tikrikilla assembly seat. Here, the NPP and BJP are engaged in combat. Jimmy D. Sangma, an NPP candidate, has a 140-vote advantage. Rahinath Barchung, the BJP candidate, is putting up a valiant fight against the NPP candidate.

TMC candidate Dr. Rajesh M. Marak is in the lead by 155 votes in the Rongara Siju assembly constituency (under South Garo hills). Rakkam Sangma, a candidate for the NPP, is lagging.

The final findings have not yet been released, but these are the early trends.
