Meghalaya: ‘Vision’ of collapse of Umiam dam seen by Nagaland church member
As per report from the ST, a member of the Baptist Revival Church in Dimapur and Kohima had a “vision” of the Umiam dam collapsing and taking a severe toll on human lives and property. As a result, the congregation decided to fast and pray for three days from August 13 to 15, which may be considered a unique spiritual phenomena. While they were praying for their own programme, one of the 24 prayer warriors among them received the prophecy.
The media outlet was told by a source in Nagaland that the vision of the Umiam dam suddenly appeared to one of the prayer warriors as they were praying for their personal worries. The prayer group claimed that neither they nor anybody else in the group knew anything about the dam, nor was it brought up before prayer. However, when one of the members of the prayer group had an extremely accurate prophecy, the group fasted and prayed for three days from August 13 to 15.
In order to intercede for the safety of the people living downstream of the Umiam dam, and pray for the hydroelectric project as well as that the bridge spanning the Umiam Dam serves as a lifeline for Shillong residents and beyond, a group of 24 people plan to visit the dam on August 30.
These prayer group members have visited cities that were prophesied to them in their past visits.
