More Spell of Heavy Rainfall Over Northeastern Region in Coming Days As Predicted By The IMD
The Northeast isn’t getting any better, as more rain is expected in the coming days.
According to the Indian Meteorological Department, an intense spell of rain is expected to persist along the west peninsular coast for the next two days, while a present spell of heavy rain is expected to last for the next five days over Northeast India, Sub-Himalayan West Bengal, and Sikkim ( IMD).
Continuous rain has wreaked havoc in many parts of the Northeast since last month, causing significant harm to humans and other species.
The IMD, on the other hand, continues to forecast a period of significant rainfall over the next few days.
