All Educational Institute to Resume Offline Classes from Feb 1st in Pune Maharashtra
Following a COVID-19 review conference on Saturday, Deputy Chief Minister and senior Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) leader Ajit Pawar declared that all schools and institutions in Maharashtra’s Pune area will resume from February 1.
Pawar, on the other hand, stated that parents must provide their consent for their children to attend offline sessions.
“School times for classes 1 to 8 will be half of the regular schedule, while classes 9 and 10 will follow the regular timetable. Colleges would also operate on a normal schedule “Pawar reported.
He continued, “Further decisions for classes 1 to 8 will be made at the next meeting.”
The Maharashtra government, led by Uddhav Thackeray, allowed schools and institutions to start offline sessions earlier this month, but district offlines were given the final say based on the local COVID-19 scenario.
