Despite the fact that the couple married in Mumbai, the celebrations in Kolkata were spectacular.
The bride and groom arrived in hand-pulled rickshaws, a symbol of Kolkata’s tradition, for the wedding, which took place at Ballygunge 21 Pally club. Blowing conch shells greeted the “couple.”

Priests were even called to solemnize the wedding by chanting mantras, while images of renowned Kapoor family actors were displayed. Two women attending the bride and groom were also seen wearing sashes with the names Karisma Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor Khan on them
“Bengalis are famed for their festivities and celebrations, and Ranbir Kapoor’s imminent wedding to Alia Bhatt has given us yet another reason to celebrate.” Suresh Sethiya, President of 21 Pally, said, “We here at 21 Pally have planned a modest wedding ceremony of Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt (dolls) at our para.”
It’s incredibly heartwarming to witness that Indian fans will go to any length for their favorite stars. Love and respect are hard to come by anywhere else.
