President Joe Biden has indicated that the US is prepared to respond “decisively” to a Russian strike on Ukraine, which is still a possibility and has urged Moscow to back away from the verge of conflict. On Tuesday, Biden gave an update on the Russia-Ukraine issue, saying that no matter what happens, the US will be ready.

An invasion of Ukraine by Russia would be disastrous, and a wider European war would be even worse.
