Evidently, a video of a woman saving her son from a snake has gone viral on social media. The video was captured by a CCTV in Karnataka. In the footage, you can see a woman pulling away her young son before he steps on the snake. Everything happened in just one blink of an eye.
The snake detects the presence of a human, and tries to hit them with its head. Luckily, someone whisks him away in time.
As the video begins, a woman and her son are seen coming out of the house. The snake is about to cross in front of them, but the woman and her son are unaware because it is dark outside.
A boy stepping on a snake alerted the snake with his presence. Recognizing the threat, it recoils, and erects its hood as self defense. The woman quickly pulled the boy away from the scene. Later, she holds him on her shoulder and runs to safety. The snake slithers away too.
The woman’s quick reflexes are impressive, and Twitter users are lauding her for her bravery.
”Bhagwan ka shukr hai” said a Twitter user.
“Moms are superhero” tweeted another.
Some users debate whether the snake is a cobra.
