Indian man risked his life to enter Ukraine and save a 2 month old baby and his mother; kudos
A heartfelt story from Poland Raunak Raval, an Indian, risked his life to enter Ukraine in order to securely retrieve a two-month-old Indian infant and his mother. Such inspiring stories of hope in the face of adversity are extremely motivating. Bravo to such courageous kind folks who are willing to help strangers!
Raunak was thanked by the baby’s mother, who said that after just one phone call, Raunak went to her rescue and saved both the mother and the baby. He assisted them in evacuating Ukraine. She was extremely thankful to this man for showing such humanity when it was actually needed.
Not only that, but another student, Sonali, said she was from Kharkiv and that she had to wait in line for several hours after crossing the border. She stated that it was minus 5 degrees Celsius outside, and that she had fainted out in the queue. Raunak rushed to her aid, taking her passport and transporting her to a safe location. He then completed all immigration requirements and assisted her in exiting the country. Raunak’s humanity was appreciated by Sonali, who expressed her gratitude to him at a critical time.
