After a religious saint delivered a disrespectful statement about Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi at a Dharam Sansad in Chhattisgarh on Saturday, December 25, another speaker at the event criticized the words made against the freedom fighter at the religious assembly.
According to Mahant Ramsundar Das, a religious official from the Dudhadhari temple in Chhattisgarh, “From this point forward, Mahatma Gandhi has been insulted. Is he a true traitor? With cheers, you greeted the statement… This is not Sanatan dharma, and it should not occur on a forum such as a ‘Dharam Sansad.'”
“They (minorities) grabbed power through politics here,” ‘Sant’ Kalicharan said at the Dharam Sansad. And it was thanks to the great **** Mohandas Karamchand Godse ji deserves praise for killing that.
“I have a question for the organizer… why didn’t you object when such comments were uttered against the nation’s father?” Ramsundar Das stated.
As he stepped off the stage, he said, “I’m sorry if you’re upset, but I’m separating myself from this event and taking my leave…” “Such accusations against Mahatma Gandhi are unacceptably offensive.
“Falsity and violence can never vanquish truth and nonviolence. We are ashamed of you, Bapu; your assassins are still alive “Nawab Malik, the leader of the Nationalist Congress Party, posted a video of Ramsundar Das’ reaction on Twitter.
Ramsundar Das left the platform as another saint made a disparaging statement against our freedom fighter Mahatma Gandhi, according to Radhika Khera, National Media Coordinator, Indian National Congress, Former National Secretary & Social Media Head of the Indian National Congress. She said on Twitter that this is what Sanatan Dharma is all about and that it would not allow disrespect for our ancestors.
