On Monday, the hills and plains of Nagaland were blanketed with white snow, following Meghalaya and Assam which witness the same few weeks back. It was a true joy to see such a rare sight of nature’s splendour in Nagaland. On Monday, snow fell in Zunheboto District’s Lhuvishe, Ngozubomi, and Satoi villages, as well as Kiphire district’s Phisami village.
For the second time this year, residents were astonished to see snowfall. In the Zunheboto district, huge hailstones were also seen yesterday. Nature’s magnificence was breathtaking, and inhabitants were ecstatic to see such a magnificent masterpiece of nature. Furthermore, Nagaland rarely sees such awe-inspiring natural wonders.
Temperatures in the region have plummeted from 4 to 7 degrees Celsius as a result of the recent snowfall.
