Reckless driving on Berlin’s busiest street killed one person and at least 30 are injured

Actor John Barrowman witnessed the situation happened in the heart of western Berlin, one of the busiest shopping streets. When a car drove into a crowd of people in Berlin on Wednesday, killing one person and injuring numerous others.

He was seen reporting from the site live, where he was saying, “dead bodies all over the place”. He witnessed a car come down to the road and ended up in a storefront covering three city blocks.

He explained the situation as “pretty horrific”, reports say the vehicle veered off the street and mounted the pavement before crashing into a shop front. Around 130 emergency workers are at the scene according to the Berlin police service.

Police arrested the driver and started an investigation into this matter.
