Ukraine: Russian sanctions detailed again by Biden & EU as death toll climbs

Ukraine is a part of the European family and will be getting sanctions as soon as Ukraine gets freedom from Russia. The United States has been working to cut Russia off from being an energy source for the EU by 2027.

In addition to banning key Russian goods and trade status, US President Joe Biden also announced plans on Friday to revoke Russia’s “most favoured nation” trade status, which is considered a high privilege among global trade agreements. Explosions were reported on Friday near Poland’s border, as well as in Lutsk, in Dnipro and Ivano-Frankivsk.

According to United Nations reports, more than 2.5 million Ukrainian citizens have been displaced since the invasion of Russia in 2014

The President of Ukraine recently issued a statement which rejects claims that Ukraine has chemical weapons, and suggests they are one of Russia’s past crimes.

Russian forces are attacking hospitals and health care facilities in Ukraine. According to the United Nation, they have attacked 26 different ones throughout the region.
