Agra-Lucknow Expressway: Four Die As Car Collides With Container Truck
The four members of a family, including two children, lost their lies in a terrific accident when the car in which they were travelling collided head-on with a container truck in the Agra-Lucknow Expressway, according to the police. The accident took place between 5:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m., not confirmed exactly said Shashi Shekhar Additional Superintendent of Police.
The family was going to attend a family function in Siwan, when the accident took place. The four members naming, Akhilesh Mishra; age 40, his wife Babita Mishra; age 36, daughter Jyoti Mishra; age 10 and niece Priyanshi; age 12 were critical and two other members were injured, all of them were taken to the hospital in which four of them were declared dead by the doctors and two of them where hospitalized in UNNAO.
A tweet from the office of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath says that “UP CM Yogi Adityanath has expressed grief over the loss of victims lives and has directed the district administration to ensure that the injured people get proper treatment.
The SHO of Hasanganj police station, Akhilesh Chandra Pandey said that, as the four members are declared dead, the bodies of them have been sent for postmortem examination and the rest report will be shared after the further process.
