In a fresh blow to UK PM Boris Johnson, two more ministers resigns

Following the resignations of the UK prime minister’s finance and health ministers, two more ministers left the cabinet on Wednesday, putting additional pressure on Boris Johnson.
Will Quince, the minister for children and families, stated that he had “no choice but to present my resignation,” while Laura Trott, the junior minister for transportation, stated that she was resigning due to a lack of “confidence” in the administration.

“After accepting and repeating guarantees to the media on Monday that have since been proven to be false, I have submitted my resignation to the prime minister this morning with deep grief and remorse. It is the best position in government, so I wish my successor well,” Will Quince tweeted.
