Due to severe waterlogging in the city and entirely drowned slum homes, several IT professionals in India’s Silicon Valley have had to commute to work using tractors. The crisis has been hailed as a tremendous leveller by a number of social media users.
Gaurav Munjal, CEO of ed-tech company Unacademy, posted a video earlier today showing his family and dog being driven away on a tractor after their apartment complex was inundated.
