‘Marks are not the end of the world’; IAS Officer Shares His 10th Marksheet on Students Demand
These days’ students are so overburdened with their academics that occasionally performing poorly on a exam makes them feel so hopelessly lost that question whether life is even worth living. Sometimes they even go to great lengths to end their own lives.
However, unless and until you have the desire and compassion to achieve it, no one can stop you, grades or results are not the end of the world.
Even if you receive a lower grade or don’t get the outcomes you were hoping for, keep striving and don’t give up until you achieve your goal.
Shahid Choudhary, an IAS official, tweeted about his performance in Grade 10 in an effort to inspire pupils and in response to their requests. His exam results from the Jammu and Kashmir State Board in 1997 are verified by his marksheet. The officer’s grades in areas like English, Science, Urdu, and Social Studies were also listed on the marksheet.
After several pupils asked to see his grade report for class 10, Shahid claimed that he was sharing it. I’ve been keeping my Class X grade sheet “classified” since 1997, but students have asked for it, so here it is! 339/500, he said.
His message quickly gained popularity online and received a flood of comments from internet users who were immensely amazed and motivated. Netizens came to the conclusion that if a person has the correct mentality and devotion, no matter what grades they receive, nothing can stop them from thriving in life. “You can become an IAS regardless of your marks, but how can you be chosen for the JKSSB tests if you did not perform at the top of your class or received an average grade? 972 FAA candidates who were chosen are now on the roads thanks to the logic of our academics, a user wrote.
