Delhi Police’s Intelligence Fusion and Strategic Operations unit (IFSO) from Assam has arrested the main conspirator and creator of ‘Bulli Bai’ on GitHub, as well as the principal Twitter account holder with the same name. Niraj Bishnoi, 21, is the accused’s name, and he is a second-year BTech student at VIT, Bhopal, according to DCP KPS Malhotra. At 3.30 p.m., a police team with the arrested juvenile would arrive in Delhi.
Three youths were already arrested in the case, and they were all students. A 19-year-old girl was also arrested in the case of this cybercrime, in which notable figures, particularly Muslim ladies, were auctioned off on an app, causing widespread outrage.
