The video shows that Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann stopped his convoy after a man protesting against the new military recruitment scheme ‘Agnipath’ asked the Aam Aadmi Party leader for a talk with him, the protester approached the CM and requested to discuss the issue.
