Independence Day is celebrated annually on 15 August as a national holiday in India commemorating the nation’s independence from the United Kingdom on 15 August 1947. Every corner of the house is lit up with the Indian Nation Flag and film on every TV channel ahead of that special day as well as on the 15 of August.

The video Suryah shared was a 2021 short film directed by Yuvraj Gokul, who is the writer and Director of the Award-winning Short Movie ’10 Rupees’ which is a National level 3rd prize-winning film. Director himself was cast in the film along with Krishna Thanmayi. Krishna Tejaswini, Sunil S Girija, Rajesh Jayakumaran and Jaya Sunil.
